Made up of three individual and distinctive residential projects – Quay Quarter Sydney represents some of Australia’s most prestigious real estate. Commissioned by AMP Capital, this project was split across three separate architectural firms (one for each building) with each engaged to design both the interior and exteriors for each ‘vertical village’.

Astra Walker was selected to deliver both bathroom and kitchen fixtures based across all three projects based on our reputation, warranty, superior finishes and with our onshore manufacturing service providing assurance on the simplification of communication, delivery and supply.

While a range of our Living finish options were initially considered – ultimately our durable PVD (most similar to the appearance of our Living finishes) was selected – in Brushed Platinum, Iron Bronze and Urban Brass. With a project spanning three individual projects, architects and a multitude of construction suppliers, it was vital to maintain consistent and clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure on-time supply, trouble-shooting and correct installation of all fixtures.

Demonstrating reliability and the enduring quality of Astra Walker products, after three years of products in-use there have been no service or warranty, or faults reported to date across all three properties.
