Set on 55 acres in Byron Bay’s hinterland, the property includes five guest suites and six off-grid, two-bedroom barns, with interiors featuring recycled timber and cladding that create a warm, nostalgic atmosphere. Communal spaces, including pools and refined facilities, are designed to balance comfort with environmental mindfulness.

Sustainability is at the core of Sun Ranch’s design. The main house is powered by a 22.62kW solar array and Tesla battery, while the barns rely on off-grid solar systems. Water is conserved through a 350,000-litre rainwater tank and individual systems for each barn. A regeneration program has planted 10,000 native species, supported by an on-site septic system that reduces waste impact.
