Citing a need for a home “full of love and energy” Zoe Foster Blake called on Sydney based design studio YSG to completely transform her and husband Hamish Blake’s new home. Embracing the brief fully, YSG developed a design that featured an extensive array of playful design details, ideas, patterns, textures, eras and art. Astra Walker was invited to join the playful and colourful design journey with customised tapware solutions for the bathroom, powder room and kitchen.

Across several sessions in the Astra Walker Concept showroom in Paddington Sydney, YSG Director Yasmine Ghoniem had the opportunity to touch, feel and explore the variety of Astra Walker collections and colour finishes in person.

Landing on unique pairings and customisations, using Eden Collection handles on the Icon+ tapware, YSG then united the ranges with a custom finish called “Simpson Clay” for both ensuite and powder room. In the kitchen, the playful approach to the mix-and-match style and palette continued with the Icon + Lever mixer featured in Tuscan Bronze, proving the versatility of Astra Walker’s product lines.
